NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Public Hearing before the Town of Bluff Planning & Zoning
Commission to be held at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, May 22, 2023 at the Bluff Community Center
located at 190 N 3rd Ave, Bluff, Utah 84512 to consider whether the Town of Bluff should adopt
an ordinance limiting or restricting aviation traffic within town boundaries. Virtual and electronic

residents and property owners of Bluff. This public hearing is set pursuant to Utah Code 10-9a204 to allow members of the public a reasonable opportunity to be heard and to comment on
the proposed ordinances. Residents and property owners may file written comments with the
Planning & Zoning Commission within 10 days after the public hearing.
