As of April 1, 2025, the Town of Bluff has enacted a building department to serve as the agency responsible for approving and issuing all building permits for within town limits.
The building code supports the health, safety, and well-being of everyone who lives in or visits Bluff. It sets minimum standards for construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings to ensure they are safe, sanitary, and structurally sound.
