The Design Review Committee meets every two weeks on Thursdays to discuss the renovation process at the Cooperative Cultural Center Building. The building requires extensive renovations. As of Summer 2025, the Town has obtained the following grants for renovations:

Rural Communities Opportunities Grant $445,000
Utah Office of Energy Development Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) $122,616.17
