Bluff Town Council Meetings

Bluff Town Council Meetings are scheduled for the first three Tuesdays of each month, starting at 4:00pm, unless otherwise posted.

Bluff P&Z Regular Meetings

Planning and Zoning Meetings are scheduled the first and third Thursday of each month starting at 6:00pm, unless otherwise posted.

The Town of Bluff is seeking a Part-Time Notetaker & ADA Compliance Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and has strong written communication skills.
This position is responsible for:
✅ Preparing accurate meeting minutes for Town Council, Planning & Zoning, and other public meetings
✅ Supporting the Town’s ADA compliance efforts
✅ Updating website content and public documents to improve accessibility
✅ Helping ensure public information is accessible to all community members

Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Bluff Community Center/Town Offices (hybrid or remote work may be negotiable)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Town of Bluff is seeking to fill one (1) Bluff Planning and Zoning Commissioner mid-term vacancy seat. The term concludes December 31, 2026.
Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must be a resident of Bluff, qualified Utah voter, have the ability to attend 2 regular monthly meetings plus additional work sessions, and complete required annual trainings. Previous experience in planning, zoning, or related fields is preferred but not required.
