Facilities and Parks

The Town of Bluff proudly owns and manages several key community assets that support local government operations, public services, and recreational opportunities. These facilities serve as vital gathering spaces, cultural hubs, and infrastructure supporting residents and visitors alike.

Town-owned facilities include the Bluff Community Center, a central location for town meetings, events, and community programs. The Community Center is also available for rental by organizations or private individuals, making it a versatile space for everything from public forums to private celebrations.

Other town-owned properties include the Cooperative Cultural Center, which is being renovated into an inclusive space for nonprofits, civic engagement, and cultural activities; West Park, a small public park offering recreational space in the heart of Bluff; and the Barwell property, a town asset with potential for future development or conservation.

In addition, the Town of Bluff holds a long-term lease with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for the Bluff Airport (V66), a small general aviation airstrip that provides air access to the region.

These facilities reflect the town’s commitment to community well-being, sustainable growth, and public stewardship. Learn more about each location and how they support the town’s mission below.
