Public Health and Services

While Town of Bluff does not provide Utility Services, listed here are the entities providing these services.

Bluff Water Works is a Special Service District managed by San Juan County. The board is appointed by San Juan County Commissioners. Board member names and terms are listed in San Juan County Boards.

Garbage Service is managed and performed by a private entity, Helgerson Property Maintenance. To request services, contact Tonya Helgerson at stormytonya@hotmail.com or (970) 570-7527

Recycling is managed by the Bluff Community Foundation, in partnership with Replenynsh. Collection is at the Bluff Rural Innovation and Civic Center, located at 630 E Black Locust Ave, Bluff, Utah 84512. The 2026 Calendar can be found here and on their website. Please visit the website for additional information, including items collected.

Electricity is provided by Rocky Mountain Power.

Propane services are provided by Diamond Propane, AmeriGas and Running Horse Services.
