Bluff is a rural community that embraces its history and heritage, and works to preserve and enhance the character of the Town through land planning efforts.

Most projects in Bluff require a planning process before building permits can be issued. This process can include all or part of the following steps: planned development plans/zoning, site development plans and/or amendment plans for review.

Whether you are planning new commercial construction or a new residential development, the Planning & Zoning Commission is here to help you understand and navigate the process.

2026 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Schedule

The Planning & Zoning Commission meets virtually on the first and third Thursday of every month at 6 pm MDT. The meeting schedule is subject to change. Please visit the Utah Public Notice Website for meeting notices, agendas, and recordings.

Dates for regular meetings: January 15, February 5th, March 5th, April 2nd, May 7th, June 4th, July 2nd, August 6th, September 3rd, October 1st, November 5th, and December 3rd.
Dates of work sessions: February 19th, March 19th, April 16th, May 21st, June 18th, July 16th, August 20th, September 17th, October 15th, November 19th, and December 17th.
